My entry for this years Auckland Studio Potters annual functional ware exhibition at Allpress Studio in Auckland was entitled "‘Matariki and her Daughters’, inspired by the arrival of this special star constellation appearing in the Southern Hemisphere and the celebration of Māori New Year on the lunar calendar.
